BOOKING PROCEDURE:
The booking is personal and constitutes a freely agreed contract between the parties.
Booking requests must be submitted by fax or e-mail and will only be valid after our provisional confirmation, in which availability and the procedure for payment of the confirmation deposit will be specified.
CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT:
The deposit must be received no later than 3 days from the date of the booking acceptance letter, according to the indicated payment methods. We will then definitively confirm the booking.
The deposit amounts to 40% of the total cost of the stay.
We kindly ask you to pay the full remaining balance no later than two weeks before arrival.
BOOKING FEE:
€10.00, charged at the end of the stay.
FINAL CLEANING: €100.00. Final cleaning does not include the kitchenette and kitchen utensils, which must be left clean upon departure. Otherwise, an additional charge of €15.00 will apply.
Occupancy of the accommodation units is limited to the number of beds indicated, regardless of whether the guests are adults, children or infants. The management provides baby cots or bed rails, suitable for single beds, upon request and at no additional cost.
LATE ARRIVALS AND EARLY DEPARTURES:
The entire booked and confirmed period will be charged in full and must be paid even in the event of late arrival or early departure. The dates agreed upon at the time of booking are binding. The accommodation units will remain available to the guest until 12:00 midnight on the day of arrival.
CANCELLATION TERMS
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
– cancellation at least 90 days before arrival: 100% refund;
– cancellation at least 45 days before arrival: 50% refund;
– cancellation between 45 and 14 days before arrival: the deposit will not be refunded;
– after this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
Check-in: > 4:30 p.m.
Check-out: < 9:30 a.m.
Stays begin from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and end at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The accommodation units are provided fully equipped with all accessories and furnishings listed in the inventory available in each unit. Any discrepancies, complaints, malfunctions or damage must be reported promptly to the management.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE:
On the day before departure, at a time agreed upon with the management, the appointed staff will carry out an inspection to verify that the accommodation unit is left in perfect order and without any damage.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment must be made by bank transfer 14 days before arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: These terms and procedures form an integral part of the accommodation agreement and are expressly accepted upon signing the booking or registration form.
